A: At Iron Oak, we offer several shipping options to meet your needs, ensuring your purchases arrive safely and promptly. Our standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days once the order is processed depending on where the items is shipping to.  Our custom furniture ships from our fabrication shop in GA.  
All our shipping methods include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched, so you can monitor its progress. Please note that processing times may vary based on product availability and order volume. We are committed to providing a seamless and reliable shipping experience for all our customers.

A: At Iron Oak, our Furniture pieces are custom made to order and our fabrication time is approximately 3-4 weeks or sooner.  This duration allows us to source high-quality materials, ensuring that each piece meets our meticulous standards of craftsmanship and durability. We prioritize clear communication throughout the process and will keep you informed of any updates or changes. If you require a faster turnaround, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Q: What should customers know about product assembly?

Accepted Answer

A:  It is important for customers to note that some of our furniture items may require assembly upon delivery.   Instructions and all necessary hardware are included to guide you through the process.  Should you have any questions or require any assistance with assembly, do not hesitate to contact us. Our team is always on hand to provide support and address any of your assembly concerns.  We are looking into offering White Glove delivery service for your area.  More info to come.

My full-grain leather bag has marks.  Is this normal?

Yep, that’s totally normal. Full-grain leather is the highest quality leather available. Its unaltered grain, which gives it its strength and longevity, also means it may contain uncorrected marks.

We love the natural markings in full-grain leather and try to showcase these beautiful markings when we can. They are what make each bag completely unique. We also try to work around markings that aren’t complementary to the design.

The mark(s) on your bag tell the story of the hide it was made from. As your leather bag accompanies you on your own journey it will absorb pieces of your story as well.
