Iron Oak Store Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Items received within this window are eligible for store credit only. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price.
2. Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and returned in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: items noted as Final Sale at the time of purchase, Gift Cards or Custom orders. Custom orders are items made in a non-standard size or finish made specifically at your request.
4. Proof of Purchase

All returns require a receipt, gift receipt, or order number.
5. Refund Types

Store Credit: We will issue a digital gift card for the value of the return, less a 20% restocking fee.
6. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Freight Damage
In the unfortunate event of freight damage, please notify Iron Oak immediately upon receipt of delivery if your order has arrived with damage. Iron Oak will submit a freight claim with the delivering carrier. It is critical to the freight claim process that photos are taken of the packaged and unpackaged item to document the extent of the damage. The delivery receipt provided by the freight company will need to be noted that there was damage when the package arrived. The driver needs a copy of this documented damage to file the claim.
It is at the discretion of Iron Oak to determine if the item is repairable or needs to be replaced. If the item can be repaired, Iron Oak will either find a repair person local to you, the buyer, or will send an Iron Oak representative to complete the repair. If Iron Oak agrees the item needs to be replaced, a replacement will be provided as quickly as possible. Please note, many furniture items are made to order, in the event an item needs to be replaced we will do our best to expedite the fabrication and shipping process.
