Returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time.

Our hope is that you made a thoughtful decision when purchasing one of our quality products and that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Many of our items are custom fabricated, just for you, upon receipt of your order. Outsourced products are carefully selected for quality and uniqueness and we know our customers will love them. In a world where we don't have to leave our homes to shop and companies make returns too easy, it makes it difficult for small businesses, such as Iron Oak, to compete. We made a tough decision in this stance to help keep our costs down so we are able to endure long into the future.

Freight Damage
In the unfortunate event of freight damage, please notify Iron Oak immediately upon receipt of delivery if your order has arrived with damage. Iron Oak will submit a freight claim with the delivering carrier. It is critical to the freight claim process that photos are taken of the packaged and unpackaged item to document the extent of the damage. The delivery receipt provided by the freight company will need to be noted that there was damage when the package arrived. The driver needs a copy of this documented damage to file the claim.

It is at the discretion of Iron Oak to determine if the item is repairable or needs to be replaced. If the item can be repaired, Iron Oak will either find a repair person local to you, the buyer, or will send an Iron Oak representative to complete the repair. If Iron Oak agrees the item needs to be replaced, a replacement will be provided as quickly as possible. Please note, many furniture items are made to order, in the event an item needs to be replaced we will do our best to expedite the fabrication and shipping process.
