Shipping Disclaimer
Please note that shipping times may vary based on location and availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept our shipping policies. For any inquiries regarding your shipment, please contact our customer team.
Shipping Policy - the basics
Currently, we only ship within the mainland United States. We apologize to those outside the US who are interested in our products. This could change in the future.
Smaller products will be securely boxed and shipped using ground shipping services. The maximum size for ground shipping is under 150 lbs, with a maximum length of 108 inches. Packages can be up to 165 inches in length and girth combined.
For larger furniture items that exceed these limits, your purchase will be carefully protected and boxed or palletized and shipped via LTL freight. Items will be unloaded and turned over to you. A signature may be required depending on the delivery type. Some larger furniture items will ship knocked down for more efficient shipping and for ease of moving your purchase into your home or office. Assembly instructions and hardware will be provided.
Iron Oak will determine the best shipping method for your purchase.
Shipping Policy - freight damage
We will pack all products with care. We will do our best to avoid any possibility of freight damage but some things are out of our control. If your purchase comes freight damaged Iron Oak will assess if the item can be repaired or if it needs to be replaced. A repair would be the best option if the item can be repaired to the state it was when it was shipped. Iron Oak will locate a local (to you) repair person to complete the repair. If the item needs to be replaced we will duplicate the item as quickly as possible. Iron Oak will process the freight claim with the shipper. In order to process the freight claim photos and written description of the damage is required. Include photos of how the package was received, showing damage to the packaging prior to opening it and of the damage to your purchased item after unpackaging it.
