Mobile Site, Services, Applications, Platforms and Other Tools where these Terms appear or are otherwise referenced, or for which no separate terms are provided as well as to your interaction with us (the "Site").

As used in the Terms and on the Site, "Iron Oak" and "ironoakstore.com" is an online retail business operating as a sole proprietor located in Ventura, California, USA. How to Place an Order

To purchase an item, add it to your cart on the item page.  Go to the cart page by selecting the cart icon at the top right of any page.  Follow the steps on the Cart page to purchase your item(s).

Product Availability

Products are in stock, made to order or out of stock.  Furniture items noted as in stock are available items for purchase but they are made to order.  The fabrication lead time is noted in the item description under each item. 

 

​Payment Terms:

• Orders are paid in full at time of checkout.  This includes the cost of products, sales tax and shipping fees.

• Accepted Secure Payment Options:  Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Pay Pal

• Payment Processing: Payments are processed through your selected payment options noted above.

• Currency: US Currency is the only accepted currency. 

 

Shipping and Processing 

Our shipping charges are intended to compensate Iron Oak for packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you. We encourage you to also review detailed information about our shipping policy.

• Shipping Options will be provided during the checkout process.  Some furniture items offer free shipping.  See product details for those that qualify.

• Shipping Locations: At this time we are only shipping within the continental United States and Alaska and Hawaii.

• Delivery Timeframes:  Most items are in stock and ready to ship.  Allow 1- days to process and package your order.  The Standard ship time will depend on where the order is shipped to.  Expedited shipping is available, if needed, to receive your order faster.  This option will be available at check out.  Custom furniture (Wood and Iron Categories) are custom made to order, lead times vary for these items and are noted in each product description.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, upon notice to you by posting on the Site or by any other reasonable means in our sole discretion.

Your Account

You may create an account with Us in order to easily manage and track your orders.  If you create an account, your username and password are for your personal use only and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information (including your password) and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. In addition to all other rights available, We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate your account, refuse service to you, or cancel orders.

Product Pricing Information

Site prices will be displayed in U.S. Dollars.  Prices are subject to change, without notice, based on market conditions.

For full-price products, " Price" refers to the everyday value price we offer to our customers. For sale products, identified with a discount reduction in price or by a posted reduced price, refers to the reduced price "Sale" we are offering to our customers on a limited or temporary basis.

Special Offers

Occasionally We will offer special promotions to our customers that We refer to as "special offers" or "special offer". This can include a gift with purchase, free shipping, manufacturer offers, or other promotional activity associated with a product purchase. These offers may be for a limited time only. In addition, products marked as "exclusive" or "only at Iron Oak" may be referring only to certain colors, sizes, finishes and/or versions of a product.

Inaccuracy Disclaimer

From time to time there may be information on our Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Iron Oak and Ironoakstore.com reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). If you do not wish to continue your purchase after pricing or other information has been corrected, please contact us right away and we will work with you to cancel your "in process" order.  Once the order has shipped, the order cannot be canceled or returned.

Informal Dispute Resolution

We strive to address any disputes amicably. You and we agree to make a good faith effort to resolve a dispute informally, including having at least one telephone or videoconference conversation between you, personally, and us. To initiate this good faith effort to informally resolve a dispute you agree to notify us in writing at info@ironoakstore.com.  Include the nature of the dispute, the basis for your claims and the resolution that you are seeking, including any monetary amount, with as much detail as you can provide so that we can gain a sufficient understanding of the dispute. Within the sixty (60) days following our receipt of this notice, you and we agree to engage in good faith efforts to resolve the dispute.
